  4. Good verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
  5. Management and leadership skills.
  6. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context :

  1. Electric & Hybrid Car Specialist WORKSHOP is looking for committed performer as innovative Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer reception and proper customer handling with a positive, helpful attitude.

  2. Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer.

  3. Assist customers and help them with workshop formalities and other works.

  4. Develop and maintain good relationship with customer and support them for better service.

  5. Keep records of customers, instructions recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.·       Keep tracking outstanding clients.

  6. Plan course of action to recover outstanding payment.

  7. Locate and contact customers.

  8. Update account status and database regularly.

  9. Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.

  10. Handle customers` questions or complaints.

  11. Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.

  12. Build trust with customers.

  13. Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions.
