∎ Good in handling phone calls;
∎ Ability to achieve KPIs by performing the daily tasks assigned by the line manager;
∎ Ability to operate CRM software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls of clients to ensure a complete customer service;
∎ Respond to the client's queries about the organization or real estate industry that come through inbound/ outbound calls, SMS, email, or social media;
∎ Regularly follow up Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
∎ Generate sales leads;
∎ Regularly coordinate with the cross-functional departments i.e., sales/ product/ operations/ after sales to ensure accurate and smooth service delivery to the clients;
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, policies and SOP’s;
∎ Attend special duties i.e., field campaigns/ events/ fairs as required.
