∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call centre training, Customer service or Beauty Industry, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/ Services

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending client's needs, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulation.
∎ You are to get involved with a dynamic Customer Support Unit; and deal with the customers .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having beauty salon management experience will be given preference.
∎ Good interpersonal skill .
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Must have ability to communicate with clients / Content writing / convincing power / Must have the Knowledge of social media live presenter.
