Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience
Maintain communication with customers through calls, messages, and emails
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution
Build and maintain relationships with customers and e-commerce partners
Manage product listings, pricing, and digital sales strategies on online platforms
Conduct regular visits to e-commerce offices for meetings and partnership development
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving online business growth
