Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves regular market visits, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting ongoing marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Visit target markets regularly to gather insights, identify opportunities, and build strong market presence.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and loyalty.
Identify potential customers, reach out to new leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
Provide regular support and follow-up with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Support and participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions as required.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments (such as marketing, product, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
Any additional tasks assigned by management to support business development goals.
