Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Sales
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and build strong relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) for managing sales data, analyzing trends, and preparing reports
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques
Ability to work longer hours when required

Marketing & Branding
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify patient needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Plan & execute health camps, awareness programs, and promotional campaigns.
Manage online presence (social media, website, listings) and implement digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Ads).
Design and distribute impactful marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital creatives).
Sales & Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporate organizations, and insurance companies.
Drive referrals through regular visits and professional engagement.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with corporate clients for health check-ups and services.
Actively participate in community outreach and awareness initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and take corrective actions.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact point for clients and prospects.
Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Organize workshops and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
Promote and maintain a strong brand reputation within the medical community.
Reporting & Analysis
Track the effectiveness of marketing & sales campaigns.
Prepare reports on market trends, performance, and customer feedback.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
