Responsibilities & Context:
- Meet / exceed individual sales target.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for B2B sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Identify, engage, and secure new B2B clients through targeted outreach and negotiations.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to upper management.
