Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Corporate Sales team as an Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with modern trade partners to enhance business collaboration.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure smooth business operations and address any issues.
- Identify and reach out to potential new partners to explore and develop business opportunities.
- Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals to prospective clients to secure new contracts.
- Manage the collection of payments from clients, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Monitor and gather market information on competitors to stay informed about industry trends and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market research findings.
- Undertake additional assignments and tasks as directed by the supervisor to support the sales team’s goals.
- Continuous contact with depot for delivery issues.
- Monitor sales officers for outlet activities.
- Confirm companies promotion and signage when required.
