Experience:
Proven work experience as an E-commerce executive.
Experience in managing different route level campaigns, activation program across the country align with business objectives.
Must be proficient in written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have sound knowledge in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite Software.
Strong knowledge of web analytics and Google Adword·
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication & presentation skills (both Bangla & English)·
Must be smart, confident, beautiful personality with polite speaking skills·
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Identify and onboard new corporate clients (Bank, Insurance, NGO, Corporate Office & institutions) to expand market reach.
Maintaining digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engine marketing, email marketing.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to improve website performance.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Liaise with dealers and channel partners for corporate/project market execution.
Assist in planning and executing business campaigns and events.
Ensure all communication efforts related to product marketing and brand activities align with the company’s brand values and objectives.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
Create and execute link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority.
Support social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns to ensure consistency in brand visibility and messaging.
Design creative and visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, infographics, and presentations.
Manage and optimize our website and social media presence.
Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality graphics.
Generate leads through targeted online advertising campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Plan, manage, and monitor Facebook, YouTube, and other digital advertisements.
Communicate with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Coordinate with the design team for creative promotional content and prepare marketing reports and assist in brand promotion strategies.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by supervisor. And any other task assigned by management.
