• Diploma in Agriculture in poultry farming
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in livestock
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Poultry science.
• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Must know about operation & rearing from chicks placement to birds lifting.
• Knowledge sharing with the farmer about scientific poultry rearing practices.
• The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.
• The candidate must be honest, smart, energetic, a fast learner, and a result-oriented team member.
• The candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle (must have a valid driving license).
• The candidate should have good knowledge of a smartphone.
• Computer (especially in MS Excel) and smartphone operating skills are necessary.

Context:

• The primary context of this job is to create feasible farmers and create collaborative business relationships with proven, successful & efficient farm owners in all aspects of the company system and the poultry industry standards.
• Selected personnel must have a clear mindset who Learns, demonstrates capability/knowledge among farmers and high-potential farming areas community, including fulfilling all the requirements and responsibilities listed in the company's SOP & technical manuals.

Responsibilities:

• Farm record book maintaining and updating.
• Ensure contractual factors as per the farmer-company contract.
• Proper Brooding management.
• Summer and winter management.
• Excessive mortality control.
• SOPs (standard operating procedures) & BMPs (Best mgmt. practices).
• Disease diagnoses and medication.
• FCR, Production Cost, Book Closing, EEF, Adding New Farms, Post Mortem.
• New farm inclusion for the branch's expansion.
• Collecting daily body weight, daily gain, management faultiness, and monitoring contractual agreement violation issues.
• Arrange on-demand bird collection for lab testing & routine checking farm’s water condition to know the PH & hardness standard.
• Feed, medicine, intending, and ensuring farm preparedness for chicks receiving.
• Work and build strong relationships with Poultry Farmers.
• Investigating theft and unprofessional actions.
• Demotivate farmers about wrongdoings & contract violation practices.
• Arrange & schedule periodical farmers gathering sessions (Uthan Boithok) in a designated area.
