Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s in any discipline from a reputed public university
∎ Having a certificate course in social compliance will add an advantage
∎ Skills Required: commuciation, Presentaion, Proactive and Positive attitude
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a compliance team member inspecting multiple factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and suggesting measures for their rectification regularly
∎ Do all paperwork related to keeping office and factory ready to face audits
∎ Help prepare reports and emails for correspondence with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed
∎ Interact with factory paperwork floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware of maintaining better compliance standards
∎ Prepare regular compliance reports
∎ Support HR and Welfare and other departments as the case may be, in successfully implementing compliance-related initiatives
∎ Filling-Up Cap and Act according to plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 4-5 years of working experience with garments manufacturing company under Compliance Department
∎ Must have experience handling Audits like; BSCI audit, SEDEX audit, C-TPAT audit, WRAP audit, OCS audit, GOTS audit, GRS audit, OEKO-TEX, Technical/Quality Audit, SCAN and GMP independently.
∎ Experience dealing with customers and 3rd party communication will be added value.
∎ Some knowledge about social and technical compliance requirements of garments manufacturing units
∎ Moderate knowledge of laws related to labor, occupational safety and environmental and health codes
∎ Some idea about ''Betterwork'' requirements
∎ To fill out various kinds of compliance forms and documents
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Ability to quickly identify faults and compliance lapses on visual examination of factory premises
