Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years
Masters in Public Administration will be get extra preference.
Buying house working experience will get preference.
Residing at Uttara or nearby will get preference.
Sound knowledge of labor laws, especially those relating to worker welfare and compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.
Must be expert in Microsoft Office & Typing both Bengali, English & making PowerPoint presentations as well.
Should be smart & well-conversant.
Responsibilities & Context:
To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits.
Ready to move factory on regular basis to ensure certification as per buyer requirements.
Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
Organize all relevant meeting like EHS on a regular basis - monthly or as required.
Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements
Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof
To maintain all of the issues of ACCORD, SEDEX, WRAP, BetterWork, Higg and certification program like, Oekotex, GRS, OCS, RCS, GOTS, BCI and other reputed Buyers COC.
Any other compliance related work assigns by the management.
