Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Knowledge of graphic design and design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Additional knowledge of urban planning, environment, development issues, and sustainable development is preferable.
- Strong writing, editing, and multimedia content creation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities & Context: - Serve as a key communications support by designing high-quality materials, including photography, videography, presentations, branding assets, and communication strategies tailored for diverse internal and external audiences.
- Manage communication platforms and assets such as photo and video archives, social media channels, website content, media relations, documentary production, event coordination, and video animation.
- Produce branding materials for both print and digital media, ensuring strong design, publication development, and strict adherence to organizational branding standards.
- Assist in business development through project proposals, reports and presentations in English and Bangla.
- Develop newsletters, banners, campaign content, and other IEC/BCC materials for digital and print dissemination to ensure consistent institutional messaging and public engagement.
- Contribute to project-based initiatives such as strategy development, public display concepts, and campaign design.
- Assist in organizing and documenting corporate events, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- Write and edit reports, blogs, press releases, and articles for both internal and external audiences.
