Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with day-to-day commercial documentation and office coordination
∎ Support and monitor import-related activities, including LC, PI, and shipment follow-up
∎ Maintain records of vendor communication, quotations, and price comparisons
∎ Handle IT troubleshooting, software installation, and basic system support
∎ Assist in basic graphic design tasks for social media, brochures, presentations, etc.
∎ Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist with inventory/asset tracking
∎ Help manage correspondence related to supply chain and commercial departments
