∎ Candidate must know the work of Stela, C&A, PUMA buyer.
∎ Good at MS ExcelEnergetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Multi tasking ability Good Communication (written/verbal).
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented.
∎ Good interpersonal skill & team work.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Placing online booking on info nexus and Myshipment system (if necessary);
∎ Preparing all export documents such as Commercial Invoice, P/List, Forwarding for Customs, Buyer and Bank purposes (Buyer-Stela, C&A, PUMA)
∎ Issuing EXP and duplicating EXP accordingly.
∎ Preparing invoices in ERP
∎ EPB related works-Preparing & submit required documents for obtaining GSP, Certificate of Origin (CO), SAPTA/SAFTA, APTA etc.
∎ Non-Negotiation Draft Checking & Confirming the Forwarder for final B/L or HBL, send to bank for Endorsement & Currier Follow-up.
