• Age At most 30 years

• MS Office Application

• SAP Software

• Follow up on daily delivery status and verify against the export statement.

• Prepare export documents, including the bill of exchange, delivery challan, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and beneficiary certificate.

• Visit buyers` offices to submit export documents and collect party acceptance.

• Coordinate with buyers` banks to collect bank acceptances and maturity payments and ensure timely follow-up.

• Prepare and send delivery statements to buyers based on their requirements.

• Provide copies of delivery challans to buyers as needed.

• Manage the issuance of GSP and Cash BTMA.

• Maintain and regularly update the export register.

• Organize and file all export-related documents systematically.

• Any other task assigned by the line manager.
