Billings, Churn, Corporate Marketing Tele Marketing, ISP, Recovery
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work towards reducing the churn and support the business development.
∎ Performing pre-billing checks in system and continuously checking data accuracy ready for listing.
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customers email and messages and follow up customer calls when necessary.
∎ Provide product and service information to the customers.
∎ Sell products and place customer orders in the system and process orders, forms and application.
∎ Design and ensure implementation of retention process in the company.
∎ Design and implement approval metrics for retention process
∎ Monitor and ensure shifting, deactivations, reactivation requests received are promptly attended.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Committed to customer-oriented thinking.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ An independent individual with initiative and able to work well under pressure.
∎ A team player able to interact with people from all levels.
