Responsibilities & Context:
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform sample extraction according to selected standard test method/SOP.
- Manage & Co-ordinate with team to execute the daily sample extraction job according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Specific Responsibilities
- Perform & review extraction step of selected test method in accordance with SOP/Standard.
- Review the prepared sample specimen & internal worksheet information.
- Update the extraction step information in internal worksheet as well as prepare vial according to component list & selected methods.
- Deliver the prepared vial & internal work sheet in instrument area.
- Run & entry the prepared vial in ICP/AAS/UV-VIS/IC/HPLC instrument.
- Daily calibration of extraction’s equipment, QC checks etc.
- Maintain the quality procedures, PPE and safety check points etc as per the requirement.
- Follow up of the day to day improvement task as Instructed from Team Leader.
