Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
∎ Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
∎ Look after each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
∎ Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales.
∎ Cook food in a timely manner, Delegate tasks to kitchen staff.
∎ Inform about daily specials, Ensure appealing plate presentation, Supervise Cooks and assist as needed, slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests.
∎ Monitor food stock and place orders, Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items, receiving food items must check the quality and quantity as per company policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Experience in a 5 star facility will be an added advantage
∎ Ability to lead a large F & B team
