∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking a professional with an exceptional service attitude for the position of Chef. The Chef will be responsible for all aspects of leading and managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation and presentation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with resort / Five Star standards and sanitation/health regulations.
∎ Responsible for the purchase of all food/grocery / Live-stock and beverage items. Develop a world-class menu of different cuisine and maintains approved food cost and labor cost.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable experience in Buffet, Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants.
∎ At least 5 years of cooking experience is required as an Executive Chef.
∎ It is expected that the candidate will be able to create a new menu, special promotions innovative food specialization, and train his colleagues.
∎ We expect him to be friendly, eloquent, and honest.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
