Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
∎ Preparation of Cooking Materials in the morning for day's service
∎ Manage and train kitchen staff
∎ Work quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings
∎ Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
∎ Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
∎ Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
∎ Maintain strictly a hygiene and quality kitchen environment following the food Safety authority and management policy
∎ Any other task is given by management
