  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software).
  • Great sense of graphics content creation to create Banners, Images, and Promotions which will be displayed on the Website, Social Media, and other display platforms.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent visual communication skills.
  • Experience with branding and marketing collateral creation (social media graphic design, banner design, presentations, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior designers, manage projects from concept to completion, and provide strategic design direction.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Negotiate contacts and manage budgets for marketing projects and advertising.

  • Create an execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client management.

  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing and display advertising.

  • Boosting, SEO/SEM/PPC, Social Media and Web advert, Google Ranking of Any Website, E-mail Marketing.

  • Manage social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads and YouTube.

  • Use social media marketing tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) to manage campaigns efficiently.

  • Develop digital marketing strategies to enhance branding, implement digital marketing & sales plans, creative planning, and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize conversion rates.

  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community management.

  • Manage Relationship with External Agencies, Suppliers and Media Partners.

  • Develop press releases and maintain media relations to enhance brand reputation.

  • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to increase brand exposure. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Boost SEO/SEM efforts for better visibility and organic growth.

  • Create targeted content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with the design team for impactful online content.

  • Stay updated on digital trends to implement cutting-edge strategies.

  • Enhance the brand’s online presence and identity.

Planning:

  • Design, schedule, and execute the Marketing activities (Event & Activation, Digital) as per the Marketing plan agreed upon with the brands.

  • Design the launch plan presentation for the brands & present to management for approval.

  • Collaborate & contribute with the team in Content Creation Planning.

  • Guide Team to ensure effective engaging content & flawless execution.

Events & Activation:

  • Develop customer's engagement strategies in outlet and execute effectively.

  • Bringing alive the spirit of the brand through 360-degree events, sponsorships, activations etc.

  • Prepare quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly Event calendar, proposal and budget in coordination with brand and digital team.

  • Guide team to manage and implement launch events like selection of the venue, production of the set-up, monitoring of the budget, guests list and PR releases to editors for the main launches.

Outlet Branding:

  • Ensure for Effective branding activation (Bill board, signage etc.) as per the different location.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead & guide Digital team to set objectives, goals and strategies for season's campaign & communication.

  • Ensure & review effective digital ROI report of each campaign and season & submit to management.

CRM:

  • Ensure, guide & assist Team members for proper customer database & develop new strategies to increase the base.

  • Implement customer engagement strategies by collaboration of cross functional teams like Sales.

  • Ensure dynamic reporting by analyzing customer data, support & service & present management time to time along with way forward plan.

PR:

  • Formulate PR plans & strategies.

  • Enhance Brand's voice & presence through online & offline Channels.

  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

  • Ensure Effective PR management with latest PR trends & best practice.

  • Coordinate and negotiate with the magazines to get PR coverage including Ads and advertorial.

Budget Management:

  • Prepare marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds effectively.

  • Guide concern Team to ensure effective utilization of budget.

  • Dept. Budget/Expense report generate monthly & forecast future utilization effectively.

  • Analyze the marketing campaigns by brand and prepare a detailed report after the execution of the activities.

Dynamic Report:

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

  • Review seasonal, monthly and campaign based digital performance reports of all Channels and submit to management with future suggestions.
