Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ The candidate who has a Hotel Management Diploma in Culinary is also eligible to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus
∎ Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to set item prices
∎ Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry
∎ Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
∎ Monitoring kitchen staff that they are properly maintain the health protocol
∎ Need to ensure that kitchen area is always germ free
∎ Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
∎ Training and supervising the kitchen staff
∎ Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery
∎ Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques
∎ Any others related task assign by management

Salary: Negotiable
