Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain import cost data entry in software, including PO verification, Cockpit, GRN, invoice parked, and agency commission (TID).
Submit online duty payments through RTGS & Challan.
Prepare import consignment delivery statements (GSLL & USL).
Prepare duty requisition as per requirements.
Issue No Objection Certificates (NOC) for import consignments, guarantee risk bonds, and record them in the “Guarantee & Risk Bond Register.”
Apply for Delivery Orders (D/O) through designated websites.
Prepare damage/demurrage requisitions based on accurate calculations.
Handle individual import consignment closing adjustments and report surplus amounts for deposit to the Accounts Department.
Manage closing bill adjustments for all kinds of exports.
Undertake cargo release activities from BSTI, BCSIR, and other regulatory authorities.
Prepare Section-78 pay order deposit notes.
