Experience:
Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.), SQL, and data warehouse technologies.
Knowledge of airline systems (PSS, GDS, DCS, Loyalty platforms)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate complex data in a business-friendly manner.
Collect, consolidate, and manage data from multiple airline systems (PSS, CRS, DCS, Loyalty, Operations, Finance, Sales).
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through governance standards and compliance with aviation and data privacy regulations.
Maintain and enhance the airline’s data warehouse, BI platforms, and reporting tools.
Design and deliver real-time dashboards and automated reports for management and business units.
Track key airline KPIs such as passenger load factor, yields, revenue, OTP (on-time performance), and customer satisfaction.
Provide ad-hoc reports and deep-dive analytics to support decision-making.
Partner with Revenue Management and Sales teams to deliver demand forecasting, route profitability analysis, and pricing insights.
Monitor channel performance (GDS, OTA, direct sales) to optimize distribution strategy.
Track and analyze ancillary revenue streams to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze customer booking behaviors, travel patterns, and segmentation to support targeted marketing campaigns.
Evaluate loyalty program KPIs such as enrollment, redemption, and member contribution to revenue.
Develop predictive models for churn prevention and customer retention.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics such as aircraft utilization, turnaround efficiency, crew performance, and fuel consumption.
Provide insights on irregular operations (delays, cancellations) and their financial and customer impact.
Support network planning and fleet deployment strategies with data-backed recommendations.
Deliver profitability analysis at flight, route, and network levels.
Provide scenario-based modeling for pricing strategies, route expansion, and seasonal planning.
Track market and competitor trends to support strategic decision-making.
Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning for demand forecasting, no-show prediction, and dynamic pricing.
Identify automation opportunities in reporting and analytics processes.
Promote a data-driven culture across the organization by enabling self-service analytics and training business users.
Act as a strategic partner to Commercial, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR teams.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for critical decision-making.
Foster cross-departmental alignment on KPIs and performance measurement.
