Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical, herbal medicine, supplement, and cosmetic sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our global business growth through research, formulation, manufacturing facility setup, export-import activities, contract manufacturing partnerships, regulatory compliance, and clinical trials.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Market Research and Analysis:
∎ Conduct extensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the pharmaceutical, herbal medicine, supplement, and cosmetic sectors.
∎ Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to develop strategic business plans and sales strategies.
∎ Formulation and Manufacturing Facility Setup:
∎ Collaborate with the R&D team to develop innovative formulations for pharmaceuticals, herbal medicine, supplements, and cosmetics.
∎ Coordinate the setup of manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
∎ Export-Import and Contract Manufacturing:
∎ Identify potential international markets and establish business partnerships to facilitate export-import activities.
∎ Negotiate and manage contract manufacturing agreements with clients and partners, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance.
∎ Regulatory Compliance:
∎ Stay updated on international regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations for product registration, labeling, and licensing.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory authorities to prepare and submit regulatory dossiers, ensuring timely approvals and compliance.
∎ Clinical Trials Management:
∎ Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, ethical standards, and data integrity throughout the clinical trial process.
∎ Relationship Management:
∎
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify and engage with potential clients, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to expand our client base globally.
