  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in teams.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:
The Executive – Business Development (IT Solutions & Services) drives company growth by identifying and managing IT business opportunities. The role engages with enterprise and SME clients, understands their IT needs, and promotes solutions including cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development & Lead Generation

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across corporate, government, and enterprise sectors.

    • Conduct market research, generate leads via calls, emails, events, and maintain a strong pipeline.

  2. Client Engagement & Solution Positioning

    • Build relationships with IT decision-makers and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.

    • Coordinate with pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and presentations.

  3. Sales Process Management

    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

    • Prepare quotations, proposals, RFP responses, and support negotiations.

  4. Coordination & Collaboration

    • Work with architects, specialists, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and provide client feedback to improve offerings.

  5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and track opportunity conversion for planning.
