Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle travel agency requirements and activities. Create & meet the demand of travel agents and corporates.
∎ Manage relationships with travel agencies, associates and corporates.
∎ Negotiate offers or requirements with travel service providers.
∎ Process market reports, analyze and handle reimbursements.
∎ Gather market insights, extensively through relationship–building with agencies. Identify market gaps, acknowledge product and pricing mismatches and conduct competitor analysis to ensure our service alignment.
∎ Regularly conduct market visits and report to line manager with required data and details. Assure continuous support to partner agencies.
∎ Reach the target revenue quota as set by management.
∎ Develop and contribute to strategic policies according to market needs to gain greater market share.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong negotiation skills, with sound leadership skills and a harmonious collaborator who seeks to work in a team.
∎ Proactive and quick decision-making skills.
∎ Tech-savvy and adaptable, highly communicative, strong analytical and crazy interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent presentation skills (outside classroom).
∎ Ready to move anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Fluency in both spoken and written English & Bengali.
∎ Prior knowledge of MS Office suite.
∎ Great organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to sustain high work pressure.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
