∎ Age 22 to 35 years·
∎ Experience in training, learning, and development management for any projects will give an advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, job market trends, and career development practices.
∎ Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
∎ Experience working with job placement in any project, field management, and development organization.
∎ Experience in training planning, coordination, and field operations.
∎ Effective coordination and collaboration with the various IT industry.
∎ Knowledge in preparing MoU, Deed etc.
∎ Understating of the current IT job market and HR tools and techniques regarding recruitment.
∎ Excellent communication, report writing and analytical skills.
∎ Good facilitation skills and documentation experience.
∎ Age 22 to 35 years·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops.
∎ To look for Job Placement opportunities for skill training students as required by Institutes.
∎ To understand the candidates interest and requirement before seeking a job for him.
∎ To conduct trainees’ interview about their ability and efficiency.
∎ In addition, provide career counseling to the candidates, tips on succeeding in the interview and also provide suggestion on how to maintain a good position and grow further within the Organization.
∎ Corporate office visits and sign MoU with minimum 05 (Five) new organization every month.
∎ Attend relevant training workshops, seminars, job fairs and other events.
∎ Visit Private University, Polytechnic Institutes for technical workshop, Seminar, career Counseling.
∎ Develop & implement Job Placement program.
∎ Follow the course curriculum and help the students to make progress and complete the courses based on the curriculum within the course duration·
∎ Help students to build their career in IT market with effective communication skills.
∎ To assist effective functioning of job portal and maintain database.
∎ To assist in sample based cross checking on data quality manage CV.
