Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Technosity Limited (BTL) is associate of Fiber@Home Limited, the leading Telecommunication Infrastructure company in Bangladesh.
∎ We are mandated as per the Concession Agreement with the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority (BHTPA) to Design, Develop, Market and Operate Block III which is 40 acres of the Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City (BHTC) in Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analyze business activities.
∎ Prepare proposal for Corporate Clients
∎ Follow up clients through phone calls and in person visits
∎ Identify potential market and achieve monthly and yearly sales target
∎ Make a list of Target Clients/Companies
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report as required by management
∎ Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers
∎ Frequent visit to Kalikaoir, Gazipur in research purpose as well as monitor the project status
∎ Manage stakeholders and maintain and build good relation with them.
∎ Monitor competitor's activity
∎ The candidate must be able to type in Bangla and should possess excellent writing and speaking skills in Bangla
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 year (fresher's are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Must be able to type in Bangla
∎ Bangla typing speed should be 30-35 wpm (who don't meet these criteria please don't need to apply)
∎ Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Exceptional communication skill and people management skill along with a persuasive personality
∎ Hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic
∎ Technical- Strong planning skills, a logical and systematic approach to work, good time management ability, the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer solutions.
∎ Behavioral- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, the ability to lead and motivate a team.
∎ Conceptual- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
∎ Hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic
∎ Experience in township projects is desired.
Salary: Negotiable
