Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the current and future demand of site requirement.
∎ Planning and implementing logistic, Purchase & Payment strategy for ensuring the deadline targets are met.
∎ Implementing new technologies and staying alert to new trends in the sector.
∎ Working on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and ensuring the project is not hampered.
∎ Improving the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.
∎ Wide range of sourcing of materials which are required in real estate area.
∎ Good knowledge about Construction & MEP materials.
∎ Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
∎ Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
∎ Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
∎ Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the project perspective.
∎ Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
∎ Understanding of principles of accounting and finance.
∎ Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
∎ Frequent visit to Kaliakair, Gazipur to monitor progress of the project.
∎ Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
∎ Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
∎ Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in similar role is required.
∎ Experience in similar role in Real Estate sector in required.
∎ Strong planning skills, a logical and systematic approach to work, good time management ability, the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer solutions.
∎ Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, the ability to lead and motivate a team.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
∎ The candidate must have work experience in Supply Chain of Real Estate Company
∎ Exceptional communication skill and people management skill along with a persuasive personality
∎ Hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic
∎ Experience in township projects is desired
Salary: Negotiable
