Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Interior and Exterior Architectural drawing and design.
∎ To prepare Plumbing, Electrical, Structural and Architectural As-Built Drawing.
∎ To prepare 3D presentation of different proposed projects.
∎ To supervise project development and site co-ordination.
∎ To check physical measurement of different development project.
∎ To check project ongoing interior work quality.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by HOD/In-charge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants should have sound knowledge in Interior & Exterior Drawing.
∎ Should have skills in design with 3D presentation.
∎ Must have ability to conduct meeting with management.
∎ Should be self-motivated, good team player and target oriented.
∎ Should be capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be creative, dynamic with pleasant personality.
