∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location :Dhaka and frequent visits to Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying business opportunities and carry out competitive sales study and market survey
∎ Prepare proposal for Corporate Clients
∎ Following up clients through phone calls and in person visits
∎ Identifying potential market and achieve monthly and yearly sales target
∎ Maintaining database of Target Clients/Companies
∎ Preparing daily/weekly/monthly report as required by management
∎ Contributing and developing, marketing plans and strategies
∎ Visiting different organization for developing business/creating new customers
∎ Frequent visit to Kalikair, Gazipur in research purpose as well as accompany the prospective clients to showcase the project.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activity
∎ Hunting new clients and onboard them to meet organization's business target
∎ Monitor the overall branding of BTL done by 3rd party agency activity
∎ Developing/renovate the website of BTL
∎ Preparing and study agreement/contracts of the clients and BTL
∎ Cooperate and collaborate with Bangladesh High Tech Park Authority (BHTPA)
∎ Cooperate and collaborate with Kaliakoir Pourashava
∎ Monitor social media activity of Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City, Block-III
∎ Email marketing to database of Target Clients/Companies
∎ Any other task assign by the management or from the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Excellent communication skill, Real Estate Marketing
∎ The candidate must have experience in corporate marketing (B2B Marketing)
∎ Working experience as Account Manager is preferred.
∎ Must have experience working in Business Development/Sales and Marketing Department in Real Estate sector
∎ Exceptional communication skill and people management skill along with a persuasive personality
∎ Hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic
∎ Experience in township projects is desired
∎ Excellent in writing business proposals & sales presentations
