Job Context:

∎ Workplace: Work at Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City Block-III, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, Implementation, Maintenance & operation (periodic and emergency) of Power System and other facilities of Block-3.
∎ Preparing of BoQ, SLD, technical procurement documents of power system.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction with proper facility support (Periodic & Emergency)
∎ Internal & external project coordination with vendors & suppliers
∎ Internal project coordination with Supply chain, Finance & Accounts.
∎ MEP works supervision & implementation with design compliances
∎ Project design, costing & raising MEP works procurement requisition and support supply chain to purchase to compliance product.
∎ Quality compliances as per design documents and standards
∎ Project scheduling, MEP inventory Management.
∎ Assist the Business Development team with relevant information of site for client/tenant management.
∎ Review preliminary designs, working drawings specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
∎ Monthly electricity bill preparation of tenant, Data collection of energy consumption and assist finance team to bill tenant.
∎ Observance of safety requirements.
∎ Preparing up to date project master design file.
∎ Support in Power works as required.
∎ Maintaining relationship with the BHTC officials at site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Diesel and Gas generator, Electrical Drawing, Fire system, substation
∎ Should have sound knowledge of 33/11KV and 11KV/0.415KV substation, Diesel and Gas Generator, Lift, Fire system (Fire Hydrant and Alarm, internal electrification system etc. For all kinds of building construction projects.
∎ Good problem-solving skills and be able to manage a whole project, including looking after the budget and it's important that meets deadlines.
∎ Maintaining, planning, and scheduling electrical equipment in the project.
∎ Must be able to work on the projects.
∎ Co-ordination with REB, DESCO, DPDC.
∎ Sufficient knowledge of electrical design of high rise building.
