Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate, Preferably Business graduate

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop customer focused loyalty programs to build a large loyal customer base and generate targeted sales
∎ Effective use of TPReward to create and maintain the best customer focus loyalty program of the country.
∎ Ensure effective use of SMS and Email module of TPReward for customer specific communication
∎ Collaborate with Segment Strategy Lead to assess needs and value of customer groups and align retention strategies and processes accordingly
∎ Analyzing data generated from various reports from WINCOR and facilitation of closed-loop follow up process with detractors (related to Loyalty survey)
∎ Create multiple contact possibilities to loyal customers through affiliated service & benefit.
∎ Responsible for the daily function and operations of the Retention team. Includes assisting personnel in complying with retention and management policies, through training, monitoring and other activities.
∎ Ensures achievement of all team and individual Retention goals and standards.
∎ Conduct and review churn analysis, including identification of areas of challenge and opportunities as it relates to reducing churn & the down sides of customer loss related to churn. Includes continuously analysing alternate methods of addressing consumer calls and developing strategies to keep churn low
∎ Formalize a Business Retention Program, including surveying the industry to identify key issues or concerns affecting Retention
∎ Design and implement customer retention and customer loyalty tactics including advertising, bill messaging, bill inserts, bill envelopes, email.
∎ Oversee customer retention surveys
∎ Management
∎ Oversee and manage Retention Policy.
∎ Provide program management support to product and marketing teams to deliver critical projects.

∎ Relationships
∎ Build and maintain effective relations with other departments to create and promote a retention culture, identify key opportunity areas to increase efforts of Retention via clear articulation of any change needed as it relates to companywide strategies and processes
