Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on Brand Marketing will be given preferences
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Advertising & Promotion, Brand Marketing

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Design/Printing/Publishing, Cultural Centre, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creative planning and designing for all the digital marketing campaigns. Good Graphics designing knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads manager, including good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, apps promotion ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting ads.
∎ Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with clients. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and content marketing strategies. And update the company website as per need.
∎ Implementing and Managing Company's social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube marketing etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (i.e. social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers. Creates necessary marketing database, email, social media advertising, conduct advertising campaign and product photoshoots (if need) for the campaign.
∎ Basic video editing skills including after effects, Adobe Premiere etc. Knowledge of Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
∎ Visit the regular markets and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
∎ Plan and work on a target sales basis and achieve the target.
∎ Implement different branding strategies to increase the hotel brand value.
∎ Any other duty assign by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to have some knowledge & idea about Photoshop, Graphic design, Web page operating, Social media campaigns
Salary: Negotiable
