Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with the development of product, branding, positioning and market segmentation within their category of responsibility.
∎ Ensure all products, communications, promotions and initiatives align with the brand directive with the guidance and direction of the supervisor.
∎ Have a good knowledge in cosmetics industry and will regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market.
∎ Communication with vendors in day to day basis for product design and packaging development with the guidance of the supervisor.
∎ She/he will be responsible for product management duties related to product launches, product improvement and product rationalization initiatives and ensure targeted milestones are met on time.
∎ Assist in marketing plan execution, budget tracking, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides and other elements identified within their respective category of cosmetic responsibilities.
∎ Clear understanding of the responsibility, including market trends, competitive activity, category segmentation, consumer usage and more.
∎ Peer-leadership of a cross-functional team comprised of Product Development, Creative, Supply Chain, Field Development and Warehouse Distribution to create alignment and smooth release of products.
∎ Have good knowledge in illustrator and Photoshop and other design related work.
