Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing events planning, budgeting and activation.
∎ Coordinate with Media and Advertising agencies, suppliers and vendors.
∎ Creative marketing material development like Brochure/ Fencing/ Billboards / Signage/ Corporate Brochure
∎ Development of Print advertisements/ TV Commercial / Audio-Visual Content/ Animation/ Augmented Reality/ Copy-writing/ Overall content planning
∎ Vendor Communication & Negotiations
∎ Marketing Presentation, Public Speaking & Presentation
∎ Digital Marketing & Planning
∎ Developing strategies to boost up brand reputation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is mandatory.
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
