Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating event proposals which fit Sampling and conversion requirements and presenting proposals by deadline.
∎ Coordinating BP working for our product conversion at the field level.
∎ Planning event aspects such as vannues/School permission, bps and others.
∎ Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members who are necessary.
∎ Coordinating event activation like bp program , School activation, conversion program , wet marketing etc.
∎ Staying under the budget while planning event specifications .
∎ Managing and overseeing on the day off, including problem solving
∎ Directing event setup communicating with stuff and vendors.
∎ Communicating with the marketing team to create effective advertisements for this event.
∎ Where necessary crafting marketing materials such as all kinds of posm materials for individual events.
∎ Anticipating and planning for different events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years experience in relevant field
∎ Sound computer knowledge
∎ Willing to Work under pressure
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla
