Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve ABP Target for each financial year.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing customers by ensuring customer support, product and service information.
∎ Develop strategy for new and additional sales opportunities. Coordinate with potential clients and meet their requirement.
∎ Capture and resolve customer complain as per company policy.
∎ Seek feedback from customer end and develop plan accordingly.
∎ Ensure product and compliance with the operational and safety standards.
