• Masters/MBA in Accounting from a reputed university with a good academic track record.

• CA (Certificate Level) is requisite to apply for the position.

• Must have working experience in internal audit with large 100% export oriented Woven Garments factory.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits to thoroughly assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management procedures, and compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance internal control structures, operational efficiency, and overall risk management.

• Prepare in-depth reports of audit findings, clearly outlining recommendations and presenting them to the management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.

• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure consistent compliance with established policies and procedures, actively promoting a culture of accountability and risk mitigation across the organization.

• Verify all kinds of bills/vouchers to ensure the accuracy of the financial transactions and their proper entry into books of accounts.

• Perform physical verification of company inventory and fixed assets on time and report them to management.

• Physical market verification to ensure the market price of the locally purchased items where required and any significant deviation must be reported to the management.
