Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Degree in any discipline. Academic qualification may be exempted for the really deserving candidate. Retired defense person at least in the rank of warrant officer will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security, Security Guard, Security related activities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Security Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain effective security management system by following & keeping proper documents with policy & procedure.
∎ Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the establishments of the organization.
∎ Assess risk and safety hazards of organization's offices local security situation.
∎ Conduct investigations of incidents to find out the fact and root cause, analysis and solve incident.
∎ Monitor and communicate security status, updates and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
∎ Analyzing and evaluating security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement through auditing, reviewing or assessment.
∎ Implement security protocols and ensure safety of all office premises, monitor and confirm security guard's operation.
∎ Make duty roaster for security staff and confirm their duties.
∎ Ensure the operational priorities such as conduct fire safety drill periodically, avoid theft, risk mitigation in all business concern of the organization.
∎ Analyzing and evaluating security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement through audit, review, or assessment.
∎ Carry out periodical visit in all the premises including night time to identify the security lapses and advise remedial measures accordingly.
∎ Assist to recruit and train security guards, evaluate their performance and ensure discipline of the department.
∎ Assist to implement suitable safety & security policy and procedures, codes and guidelines for the department of Safety & Security.
∎ Maintain all security compliance related records and register on regular basis.
∎ Should have capacity to liaise with related local law enforcement agencies and government offices and all related stakeholders in terms of company’s interest.
∎ Perform other duties as when assigned by the superior(s).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should have adequate experience to effectively deal with security & fire safety related issues.
∎ Should have proven leadership skills with command-and-control ability.
∎ Should be sincere, hardworking and able to work in a team environment.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have computer knowledge.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Physically fit.

Salary: Negotiable
