Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dedicated & hard working candidate for our new project.
∎ First joining will be for 2-3 years training under New Hope Agrotech Bangladesh Ltd. Later will be transfer to Bogura New Project after complete the training period.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure HR & Administration functions as per company policy.
∎ Maintaining discipline & administration of the company.
∎ Employee training & development, motivational issues, disciplinary action, etc.
∎ Assist to monitor talent acquisition and manpower planning.
∎ To focus on the cost control and budget management.
∎ To be responsible for office stationery and equipment purchasing and regular review.
∎ To assist the work permit visa passport etc
∎ Any kinds of work assign by Boss etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good English skills, both oral and writing.
∎ Demonstrated ability to organize own work, to work efficiently, productively and independently, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks.
∎ Familiar with Microsoft and quickly achieved our goal in short time.
∎ Well known in Chinese language will get preference.
∎ Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening.
Salary: Negotiable
