Experience:
Proven work experience on construction site accounts & admin-related jobs is preferred.
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll for site workers.
Monitor and manage the site budget, ensuring cost control and reporting.
Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts for management.
Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Organize and maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper).
Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documentation.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for site personnel.
Assist with audits and prepare necessary documentation as needed.
Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets and expenditures.
Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
Assist in maintaining inventory records and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for billing and payment.
Serve as the point of contact for all accounting and administrative inquiries at the site.
Liaise between site management, finance department, and other stakeholders.
Support the workforce with necessary documentation and information.
