Job Context:
∎ Duty Time : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
∎ Candidates Preference Area:
∎ Rampura, Khilgoan, Banasree, Badda, Malibag, Aftabnagar, Madartek, Bashabo, Staff Quarter - Demra are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Review Billing Processes (Accounts Payable/ Receivable).
∎ Ensure timely Data Entry in the Electronic Accounting System.
∎ Preparing, Maintaining and Entering Bank related transactions.
∎ Prepare all kinds of voucher, Maintain Cheque Register, Preparing work order.
∎ Preparing Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
∎ Up to date Everyday sales report: VISA, MASTER, Rocket, Bkash, Online Bank Transfar, Paypal & Cash
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.
∎ Prepare account reports - weekly & monthly.
∎ Prepare monthly salary statement and arrange salary payment to the staff.
∎ Cash management & cash disbursement.
∎ Convert company's excel accounting system into an automated one.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be SMART & energetic.
∎ Should have skill in Microsoft Office Application.
∎ Well disciplined.

Salary: Negotiable
