Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain proper records of financial transactions on accounting ERP SAGE.
∎ Perform all account, bank and other reconciliations.
∎ Prepare cheque payments for approval
∎ Issue Payment Vouchers and Remittance Advices
∎ Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports as per set deadlines.
∎ Prepared in audit working papers for annual audit.
∎ Assist Group Accountant for consolidated financial statements.
∎ Assist Country Manager for preparation of monthly and annual budget.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ ACCA level 1(or equivalent)
∎ Experienced in accounting software – preferably SAGE
∎ Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, powerpoint)
