Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of Daily Cash and Bank Balance position.
∎ To manage day-to-day accounting records including ERP entries.
∎ Assist in daily Fund Management by proper monitoring and control.
∎ Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction.
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation as per assigned portfolio by theManagement.
∎ Provide necessary bank vouchers regarding loans, financing cost,bank charges, remittance,provision, adjustment, rectification,reversal etc. to support management and legal accounts.
∎ Report of any unusual activities like delay in depositing collections, Interest, charges calculation of overdraft and short-term loan and term loan etc.
∎ Planning and implementation of routine depot visit to ensure sound cash management practice.
∎ Other tasks are allocated by the reporting person.
∎ We are looking for self - motivated, proactive and energetic person for the position of a Executive, Accounts & Finance who is willing to work at corporate office.
