Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or BBA, major in finance or accounts. CA, CC is highly encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the "accounts" function including month and Year-end process.
∎ Handle independently Statutory and Internal Audits for the company with Tax and VAT computation, analysis and present it to the authority on regular basis.
∎ Prepare treasury activities including weekly and monthly cash flows.
∎ Manage accounts payable/receivable, salary / payroll account statement reconciliations
∎ Prepare & submit monthly financial statement as per management requirement.
∎ Ensure all regulatory reporting deadlines meet up with in the time limit.
∎ Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
∎ Establish mechanism for budgetary control, cost control in the business operation and other issues.
∎ Establish and maintain, fiscal files and records to document transactions
∎ Prepare fund variance analysis with planning and actual in weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly.
∎ Budget & budget variance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience: Strong academic background, with at least 03 years' work experiences in local organization;
∎ Industry or business area: Incumbent's those who have work experience of retail business or chain shop will get preferences.
∎ Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Bengali;
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency - particularly MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of Tally software is an asset.
∎ Knowledge: Moderate knowledge of Information Technology working procedures.
