Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to handle cash / petty cash management.
∎ Ensure timely payments and cost center-wise recording to get the correct report.
∎ Handling Vendor payments and updating entries in SAP
∎ Ensure claiming VAT Rebate while booking expenses and reconciling with VAT C/A if require.
∎ Ensure proper TDS and VDS from different parties and deposits to the Govt on time if required.
∎ Follow up in advance with different employees and vendors to keep updated on the books.
∎ The Executive Accounts and Finance is responsible for overall cash / petty cash management by complying with all rules and regulations of the company and government bodies so that the company can achieve its desired objectives.
∎ Able to handle cash / petty cash management.
∎ Ensure timely payments and cost center-wise recording to get the correct report.
∎ Handling Vendor payments and updating entries in SAP
