Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare ,examine and analyze bills/vouchers,accounts receivables,accounts payable,accounting records,financial statements,inventory managements and other financial reports to assess accuracy,completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Maintain and analyze budgets ,preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
∎ Review operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend ,develop and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
∎ Liaise with the bank,vendors and technical teams.
∎ Advise management about issues such as resource utilization,tax strategies.
∎ Applying principles of accountong to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information,preparing profit and loss statements ,balance sheet and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
∎ Preparation and review of the long & short term fund flow requirement.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge about VAT,TAX ,Foreign exchange.
∎ The incumbent should be capable of maintaining banking functions.
∎ Checking of daily Accounting Transactions and submitting properly.
∎ Submitting daily cash to bank and also doing other banking transactions.
∎ Keeping proper records of all the expenses and finding strategic way to mininmize costs.
∎ Must needs to keep strategic plans for future financial analysis.
∎ Banking relationship and processing files for incoming revenues.
∎ Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secured and stored in compliance with current legislation.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Accounts Statement.
∎ Preparation of Monthly requisition of regular consumption.
∎ Monitoring monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliation before finalize the account.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Financial Planning, Inventory & Asset management.
∎ Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that organizational risks are minimized.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ CA candidate will get preference.
∎ Masters in Accounting or Finance from reputed public university
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
